Parshivani Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our company is based in Mahadula, in the Parshivani area. We use Asaram Upasrao Gajbhiye’s place as our main office. It’s just a regular house where we gather to talk about the farming business. We are the Parshivani Farmer Producer Company Limited, but we’re really just a group of neighbors who have known each other forever. Most of us have been farming here for years, and we know these fields like the back of our hands. We decided to form this group so we could help each other with things like getting good seeds and selling our crops for a decent price. It’s not a fancy business with a lot of employees. It’s just us doing the work. We meet up at Mahadula to settle the accounts and plan for the next planting season. Sometimes the meetings go long because we end up talking about the weather or local news. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We don't have a lot of corporate polish or marketing speak. We’re more comfortable in the fields than behind a desk. But having this company gives us a bit more standing when we deal with outsiders or the market. We’re just trying to keep our farming traditions alive while making sure we don't get left behind. It’s hard work, but being together makes the burden a bit lighter for everyone involved. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
