Out here in Wardha, things move a bit slower, which suits us just fine. Sai Agro Agency is located in Nalgujari Pura, right on Nalepura Road. A good way to find us is to look for Meher Bakery; we are just a short walk from there. You can usually smell the fresh bread in the mornings when we are opening up the shutters. Our shop is filled with things farmers need, like seeds, fertilizers, and different tools for the fields. It’s a dusty place because of all the sacks, but that’s just how an agro store is supposed to be. We have an old wooden counter where we sit and talk to the guys coming in from the villages. They usually have a lot to say about the rain or the price of cotton. We don't have any high-tech systems here, just a big ledger book and some pens that always seem to run out of ink. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. It’s a local business through and through. We know most of our customers by their first names and their father's names too. When the harvest season comes, we are busy from dawn until way past dark. The rest of the year is a bit more relaxed, giving us time to fix the shelves or organize the back room so everything is ready for next time.
