We started Shriniwas Farmers Producer Company Limited because people around Kaudgaon needed a way to work together. It’s located at Rangnath Narayan Pawar’s place, house number two, right near Kaij in Beed. This isn't a big fancy office or anything. It’s just where we handle the paperwork and meet up. Most of us are from around here. Agriculture is hard work and doing it alone doesn't always make sense when prices go up and down so much. We try to keep things simple. We focus on what the local farmers are growing right now. Sometimes we have meetings out in the open or under a shed. It's not always organized perfectly, but we get the job done. We just want to make sure the crops get to market without too much trouble. It is a long way from the big cities, but we like it here. There are a few of us who manage the daily stuff.
