Shetisanyog Farmer Producer Companylimited

We are based in Pimpalgaon, which is near Gadchandur in the Chandrapur district. Our group goes by the name Shetisanyog Farmer Producer Company Limited. We operate out of Gularam Pandurang Wararkar’s place. It’s not a corporate office, just a home in the village where we gather. We are a bunch of farmers who live and work around here. Chandrapur is known for being quite hot, which makes the farming work pretty tough. We spend most of our days outdoors, looking after the crops and making sure everything is okay. We decided to form this company to help each other out with the selling and the buying of supplies. It is a very simple and honest way of working together. We don't have any promotional materials or fancy goals. We just want to make sure we can keep farming our land. Most of us have been doing this for many years. We know the soil and we know the weather patterns around Gadchandur. Sometimes we have good years and sometimes we don't. We share the work and we share the worries. Our meetings are just us sitting around and talking about what needs to be done next. It’s a very practical setup without any frills. We are just local people from Pimpalgaon trying to make the most of our situation and keep our farms going for our families. It’s hard work, but we do it together.
