Being in Jyoti Nagar puts us close to the heart of Gadchandur. Our office is just a regular house where we keep a few desks and our records. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to talk about crops and prices. We don't have a big budget for fancy offices, so we work with what we have. Most of our members live nearby, so they can walk over whenever there is a meeting. Sometimes we sit outside if the weather is nice. Gadchandur is a quiet place mostly, but we stay busy with the seasonal cycles of the farms. We don’t go in for big promises or polished speeches.
