Masad Clf Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited

This is our group here in Masalchimur. We work out of Shri Pradip Pintuji Ganvir’s place. It’s a women’s group, mostly focused on the farms around here in Chimur. We didn't start this to get famous or anything. We just needed a way to organize how we sell our produce and buy what we need for the fields. It’s a lot of sitting down and talking through problems. One person might have a tractor, another has the right seeds. We share what we can. The office is really just a room where we keep our records and meet up after the day's work is done. It gets dusty and loud sometimes when everyone is talking at once. We don't use big words or have fancy brochures for Masad Clf Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited. We just know the land and what grows well here. If something isn't working, we change it. That’s about it. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones too. The weather is always a factor. We spend time checking on the crops and making sure the supplies are ready. It’s a community thing. Most of the women here have been farming their whole lives. We just decided it was better to do it together than alone. It saves a bit of money and keeps us all connected. We’re just regular people working the ground. It’s a slow process but we are getting there.
