Our company is called Krushak Swaraj Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are located in Rajura, Chandrapur, specifically at Ward Number 01 in the Peth area. The office is at Sudhir Yadavrao Dhote’s place. It’s a very local setup, not a big office building or anything like that. We started this company because we wanted to have more control over how our farming business was handled around here. In a place like Rajura, everyone knows that farming is a lot of hard work and not much talk. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big team of executives. It’s just a few of us trying to make sure the farmers get what they need. We spend our time looking at crop yields and talking about transport. The office is usually a bit messy with paperwork and maps. We don’t have a set plan beyond just helping each other out. It’s a bit imperfect, and sometimes we get things wrong, but we always try to fix it. We are just local people who know the land and the struggles that come with it. If you’re ever in Ward 01, you can stop by and see what we’re up to. We’re usually busy with something or other, but we always have time for a chat about the fields. That’s just the way we do things around here, I guess.
