Jankalyan Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of Mundgaon. If you need to find us, we are under the care of Shri V. N. Bajare at his place in the village. It is a small setup without any of those big city frills. We spend our days focused on the local agriculture side of things. Mundgaon is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else, so we don't need a lot of fancy advertising to let people know we are here. Shri V. N. Bajare handles a lot of the day-to-day things at the office. We deal with the realities of farming life, which means sometimes things are busy and sometimes they are slow depending on the month. The weather is always on our minds because it dictates everything we do here. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we are just a group that wanted to get organized to handle our agro business better. When someone walks in, they usually just pull up a chair and start talking about the soil or the rain. It is a very direct way of doing things. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and maybe some notes about the last harvest. It is a local life and we are happy enough with that. The work is hard but it feels right to be doing it here in Mundgaon. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
