Yushiro India Co Pvt Ltd is found over at M G Road 201 JMD Regent Squire, MG Road, Guragaon. It’s one of those glass buildings that looks very modern from the outside, but inside, we’re just a regular group of people doing our jobs. Being on MG Road means we deal with a lot of traffic every morning and evening, which is always a topic of conversation in the break room. Our office at 201 JMD Regent Squire is where all the coordination happens. We deal with industrial products, so there is a lot of technical talk and coordination with different sites. It’s not a very exciting atmosphere, just desks, computers, and the occasional meeting to figure out the week’s schedule. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried under reports and files. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the metro line, which gives us a sense of the city’s pace. We don't have any flashy slogans or big mission statements on the walls. It’s just about being here on time, answering the emails, and making sure the clients get what they need. Most of the staff has been here long enough that we don’t need to explain much to each other anymore. We just get on with it and look forward to the end of the day like everyone else in Guragaon.
