Navratan Pipe Profile Ltd. is located at 10 Community Centre, up on the 3rd floor. We are right in the middle of Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase-1. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of movement around us. You can hear the sounds of machinery and trucks loading and unloading at all hours. Our office on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy streets below, but we are mostly looking at charts and inventory lists. The stairs are a workout every morning, especially when we are carrying samples or files up. It is a practical office, built for work rather than looking good for visitors. We deal with pipes and profiles all day, so the conversations are usually about dimensions and shipping schedules. Mayapuri is a tough place sometimes, with the dust and the constant noise, but it is where the work happens. We have a small team here, and we have all been together for a long time. The desks are covered in catalogs and technical drawings. We don't have fancy decorations, just the essentials to keep the business moving. It gets loud when the factories nearby are in full swing, but that is just part of being in Phase-1. We just handle the orders and make sure the logistics are sorted. It is hard work but we get through it.
