Our shop is tucked away in Darya Ganj, right at 4800/24. If you know Delhi, you know this area is always moving and shaking. We deal with clothes that younger folks usually like to wear. It’s a small space, and we’ve filled it up with as much stock as we can possibly fit on the shelves. Sometimes it’s actually hard to walk through the aisles because there are boxes of new arrivals everywhere. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy lights. The focus is just the clothes themselves. We spend a lot of our time sorting through deliveries and hanging things up. Darya Ganj has a very specific energy, especially on the weekends when it gets packed. We get all sorts of people walking in. Some are looking for something very specific, while others just want to see what’s new this week. We don’t do big ads. Mostly, it’s just people seeing the sign while walking by or hearing about us from a friend. It gets dusty because of the main road, so we're constantly wiping things down. The fans run all day long to keep the air moving. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No big corporate rules or anything like that. Just us selling clothes and trying to keep the inventory moving. It’s a lot of work, but we’ve gotten used to the fast pace. Delhi 110002 is home for us. Every morning we open the shutters and get to it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do.
