Tie World

We've been here at Karol Bahgh for quite some time now. Our shop is in Suite 204 at the W.E.A. building, and it's mostly just ties everywhere you look. It started out small, just a few racks, but it grew as more people around here needed something for work or weddings. It’s not a huge place, but we keep it organized enough so people can find what they need without too much trouble. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, so people just walk up the stairs instead. We spend most of our mornings just dusting the shelves and making sure the displays aren't a mess from the day before. Karol Bahgh gets really busy, especially on the weekends, so we try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of work handling the stock and talking to everyone who walks in, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big staff or anything fancy. It's just a few of us here making sure the ties look okay and the customers get what they came for. Some days are quieter than others, which gives us time to reorganize the back room or check on new arrivals. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our spot in the building stays pretty much the same. People know where to find us when they need a specific color or pattern. It’s just a regular business, nothing too complicated. We open up early, stay until the market starts to wind down, and then do it all again the next day.
