R.P Metal Labels

Our place is right on Desh Bandhu Gupta Road in Paharganj. If you know the area, it's always packed with people and traffic. We are up on the first floor in Room 118. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but that’s where we do all the label work. Making metal labels involves a lot of small details. We spend the day looking at plates and engraving or printing the text. The room is usually full of the smell of metal and ink. Paharganj is a busy part of town, so there is always noise coming up from the street. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. We handle a lot of small orders for different businesses. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to fix them ourselves. It’s not a large operation, just a few of us making sure the labels come out looking right. We get a lot of walk-ins who are looking for specific nameplates or industrial tags. The lighting in the room isn't the best, but we've got desks set up near the windows to catch the light. We keep records in old ledgers because that’s what we’re used to. It's a bit dusty with all the metal shavings, but we try to keep it tidy. The tea boy comes by twice a day which is usually when we take our only breaks. It gets very busy but we enjoy the routine of the shop.
