Started this small spot in New Delhi because we just liked finding things people need. It’s a busy city and we just try to keep up with the pace. Some days the shop is a mess with boxes everywhere but that’s how it goes when you’re moving stock. We aren’t a big fancy showroom or anything. Just a regular place where we keep a bit of everything on the shelves. People come in asking for all sorts of stuff and usually, we have it tucked away somewhere in the back. The heat in the afternoon makes it quiet for a while but by evening the street gets loud again. We spend a lot of time just organizing things or talking to the delivery guys who drop off new items. It’s not always easy managing the space we have here. Sometimes we run out of something and have to wait a week for more, and other times we have too much of one thing. That’s just the way it works out for us. We’ve been around for a bit now, just doing our thing day by day. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and checking lists. No big philosophy here. We just open up the shutters in the morning and stay until it’s time to go home. It’s just us here, making sure the inventory is okay and the customers find what they were looking for when they walked in.
