Durga Metals

Our place is located at 8855/3 Multani Dhanda in Paharganj. We have been working under the name Durga Metals for a good while now. It is a busy part of the city and the streets are always full of people and carts. Our shop isn't anything fancy to look at, but it gets the job done. Dealing with metal means things can get a bit dirty and loud around here. We have stacks of material tucked into the corners and we know where everything is kept. Usually, my brother or a cousin is here to help out when an order comes in. We don't spend money on big signs or glossy brochures because we don't really see the point. Most people who need us just know where we are. The heat in Paharganj can be something else during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait it out on the sidewalk. It is just part of being in this neighborhood. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down. There is a ledger on the wooden desk where we write everything down by hand. It is a simple way of doing things and it works for us. We are just a local business trying to do our daily work without any fuss. If you are walking through Multani Dhanda, you will probably see us.
