We are located in Plot No. 283 in Katra Peran. This is right in the middle of Tilak Bazar and Khari Baoli. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how crowded it gets. There are people and carts everywhere all the time. Our office here is old and the stairs are quite narrow. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a while. It’s a very traditional market area. We deal with fertilizers and chemicals, mostly coordinating things from this small space. The walls have some old calendars and charts on them. It’s noisy outside with the shouting of the spice traders and the horns from the vehicles. We don't have much room for fancy furniture. Just a couple of desks and some heavy ledgers. We drink a lot of tea to get through the day. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window for light. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters, just a working office in a busy bazaar. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the morning. By afternoon, the heat builds up in the narrow lanes. We close up when the market starts to wind down. It’s a tough place to work but it’s where all the business happens. We just do our part in the middle of the chaos. It’s been our home for years now.
