Our place, Ratan Lal Madhav Lal Ganna, is up on the 8th floor of the Ambadeep Building. It’s an old-school kind of setup. We handle various commodities, and it’s a lot of traditional bookkeeping and maintaining long-term relationships. Most of our clients have been with us for decades. We don't have a website with a lot of fancy graphics. We prefer to talk to people directly. The office has big windows, but the furniture is definitely from a different era. It works for us though. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek lobby. We just want to make sure the accounts are right and the goods are moving. The staff is like family; we’ve worked together for so long that we don't even need to say much to know what needs doing. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work. We show up, do our tasks, and go home. We value being straightforward and keeping our word. That’s how the business was started and that’s how we still run it at room 802. No fuss, no complications, just everyday business. It’s about trust and being reliable in a world that changes way too fast for our liking. We just do what we have always done and keep it simple.
