Rohana Agri Ltd

We are up on the third floor of Gopala Tower, specifically in units 3 C and D. Rajendra Place is a hub for a lot of businesses, and Rohana Agri Ltd fits right in with the mix. Our office is fairly standard—desks, computers, and a lot of maps on the wall showing different agricultural zones. It can get pretty hectic when the phones start ringing all at once. We spend our days coordinating between the farmers and the buyers, which involves a lot of patience. The building itself is older, but it has character, even if the hallways are a bit dim sometimes. We usually eat our lunch together in the small breakroom, talking about anything except work for a change. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a breeze if the windows are open, which is nice in the spring. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just write down what needs to be done on a whiteboard and try to cross everything off by five o'clock. Sometimes we fall behind, especially when the weather messes with the supply chains. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to people on the ground. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the accounts are settled correctly. It’s a busy life but it feels good to be part of the local trade. Most of us have been working together for years now.
