Chaitanya Dairy Farm

Chaitanya Dairy Farm is over at 9 Park Area, on the Gangeshwar Dham Road in Karol Bagh. It’s a busy spot in Delhi. We’ve been around this neighborhood for quite a while. Most mornings we are up before the sun to get things ready. The dairy business doesn't really take days off. We have a lot of regular customers who come by every single day for their milk and other items. The shop is simple and we try to keep it clean. It’s usually a bit noisy with the traffic from Karol Bagh right outside. We’ve seen the area grow and change over the years. My father started this and now we just carry it on. We don’t have a big website or do any advertising. People just know where we are. Sometimes we have a chat with the regulars while they wait. It’s a local place. We work hard to make sure everything is fresh. The space isn’t huge, but we make it work. We have some coolers in the back and a counter in the front. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and cleaning up. We just do our best to keep things moving. It’s a basic life, but we like being part of the community here and seeing familiar faces every morning.
