Shree Sonana Khetlaji Trading Company has its home at 5632 Main Qutab Road, right by the Delhi Gate in Sadar Bazar. If you have ever been to Sadar Bazar, you know it is probably the most crowded place in the whole city. It is loud, dusty, and there is always someone pushing a cart full of goods past your toes. Our shop is right in the thick of it. The building is quite old and the walls have a few cracks, but it has been there through everything. We have a lot of stuff piled up inside, sometimes almost touching the ceiling. It is just the way we have to do things to keep everything in stock. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most of our business comes from people who have been buying from us for decades. They know where we are and they know we will be here from morning until late at night. The heat in the summer can be really tough since the building doesn't have great airflow, but we just keep the fans running and drink plenty of water. It is a tough way to make a living sometimes, but it is what we know. There is a certain rhythm to the market that you get used to after a while. We are just one small part of the big chaos that is Qutab Road.
