You can find us at 2637, on the first floor in Naya Bazar. If you’ve ever been down to Naya Bazar, you know it’s a crowded place full of traders and old buildings that have been there forever. Our name says Indore, but this is where we do our research and handle the inputs for biotech stuff. The stairs up to our floor are a bit narrow and steep, but that’s just how these old buildings in this area are built. Inside, it’s a mix of a lab and a trading office. We have bags of seeds and different samples sitting around on shelves everywhere. It’s not a sterile, white-walled lab you see in movies; it’s a working space where things get a bit dusty from time to time. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and suppliers who come in from all over the region. The noise from the street below never really stops, with all the rickshaws and carts moving goods back and forth. We try to figure out what works best for the soil and the crops, and a lot of that is just trial and error and looking at the data we collect. Our team is pretty small, and everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the door to analyzing samples. It’s a practical way to work. We aren't trying to change the world overnight; we just want to provide something that actually works.
