Bimal Iron Stores

We sit right on the Anand Parbat Main Road. It’s a heavy business, dealing with iron all day. Bimal Iron Stores isn't the kind of place you come to see something pretty. It’s all metal rods, sheets, and pipes. The air smells like rust and iron. We get the big trucks pulling up right on the main road to unload, which can be a bit of a headache with the traffic. We’ve been here for as long as I can remember. The shop is basically a big open space with stacks of metal everywhere. It’s a workout just moving things around. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just drive by or walk in because they know we are here on the main road. It’s a very simple operation. We write things down in a ledger and give people their totals. Rain is the worst because we have to cover everything up fast so it doesn't get ruined. But usually, it’s just us and the iron. It’s a solid way to make a living. The floor is stained and the walls are old, but it works for what we do. We don't need much else besides a good pair of gloves and some coffee to get through the afternoon. It is just a regular shop for anyone who needs building materials in Anand Parbat.
