Bhowani Junction

Bhowani Junction is located inside The Connaught at 37, Shaheed Bhagat Sing Marg. Being right here in the 110001 area means we are in the middle of everything. Delhi is a fast place, and this part of town is especially quick. We spend our time in the hotel, managing the restaurant and making sure things are in order. It’s a lot of mundane tasks, really. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure the staff knows which tables are reserved. The noise from Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg usually filters in a little bit, but we don't mind it much anymore. It’s just the sound of the city. We aren't trying to be the most famous place around; we just want to be a place where someone can sit down after a long day of walking around Connaught Place. Our work is pretty straightforward. We get the ingredients, we make the food, and we put it on the table. There’s no need to make it sound more complicated than that. Some days are slow and some are so busy we can barely catch our breath, but that is just the nature of working in a restaurant. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’ve seen a lot of people come and go. We just stay here and keep doing our thing.
