Ardor

Being in Connaught Place, specifically right on the Outer Circle at N-55-56 and 88-89, means things are always moving fast around here. Ardor occupies a couple of different spots in the block, which keeps us on our toes. The 110001 area is the heart of the city, so we get a huge mix of people. Every morning starts the same way. We arrive early when the circle is still relatively quiet, before the buses and cars start their constant honking. We spend the first few hours just getting the floors scrubbed and checking the stock in the kitchen. It’s a lot of space to look after, honestly. By the time noon rolls around, the office workers from nearby buildings start coming in for lunch. CP can be a real maze for anyone not familiar with the blocks, but being on the outer ring makes us easier to spot than some of the places tucked inside the inner lanes. Inside, we try to keep things simple and functional. We don't go in for fancy decor that doesn't serve a purpose. Most days it’s just about making sure the food is ready and the staff is where they need to be. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the energy of the circle stays the same. On weekends, it gets really crowded and the pace picks up even more. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and make sure whoever walks in gets what they need without any fuss.
