Bharat Creations is situated at 132 near the police station in the BD Chamber on Desh Bandhu Gupta Road. Being in Karol Bagh means we are right in the middle of a lot of action every single day. The police station is the easiest way to find us if you are new to the area. Our shop is in an older building, and the hallways can be a little dark until you get inside our unit. We have a lot of shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, filled with all sorts of things we use for our work. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a few people in here at once. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk right into where we are working. My uncle started this place a long time ago, and we have kept it pretty much the same ever since he handed it over. We use an old desk that has been here for decades. The windows look out onto the busy road, and we can see the traffic crawling along all day long. We drink a lot of chai to keep us going, especially in the afternoons when things get a bit slow. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just focus on our daily tasks and talk to the people who stop by to see us. It’s a very straightforward business. We like the routine of coming here every morning and seeing the same faces.
