You can find us at 31/4 Anand Parbat, right on the Main New Rohtak Road. It’s a pretty industrial area, which makes sense for what we do with the metals. We deal with steel, so there is always a lot of metal moving around and a fair bit of noise from the trucks passing by outside. My family has been doing this for a while. We aren't a huge corporation, just a local trading spot that’s been here for years. The yard gets pretty dusty because of all the heavy traffic on Rohtak Road. We spend most of the day loading things up or checking the stock we have in the back warehouse. It’s heavy work and my hands are usually pretty dirty by noon. We don't have a polished showroom with lights. It’s more of a working warehouse where things actually get done. People come to us when they need specific bits of steel for their own building projects. We talk to a lot of contractors and builders who are working in this part of town and need materials quickly. It’s a busy street, so you have to be careful when you’re pulling in or out of the gate. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. There’s no fancy office here, just a simple desk and some old chairs where we handle the paperwork. It's honest work and it keeps us occupied from the morning until we close.
