Anusaya Fresh is based out of Karolbagh, specifically over on Nalwa Street. It’s a crowded area, but it’s where all the action is. Our place at 2095/37 is usually buzzing early in the morning. We deal with fresh stuff, so timing is everything. If the deliveries are late, it's a headache for everyone involved. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where the trucks are and if the produce is okay. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly moving heavy crates and checking quality by hand. The office is small and tucked away, filled with old ledgers and receipts. Hari Singh area has always been our home base. We know the other vendors on the street and we all try to get along. We don't have a marketing team or a polished website. We just try to get the produce out while it's still good. Sometimes the weather makes things really difficult, but that's the nature of working with fresh goods. Our staff is a small group of people who don't mind getting their hands dirty or working in the cold. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we’ve learned that being straightforward is the only way to do business. If something isn't right, we say so. It’s just how we operate here in Delhi. It’s loud, it’s fast, and it’s a bit messy, but it’s our life.
