Shriji Rice & Pulse Mill

Shriji Rice & Pulse Mill is located at No.- 67-70 in the Gidc Estate. We are right opposite the Hylite Cable building. It’s an industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. The mill itself is a big space, filled with the smell of grain and the sound of the processing equipment. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it. We don't have a fancy office upstairs. Most of our time is spent on the floor, making sure everything is running like it should. The Gidc Estate is a good place for a business like ours because everything we need is right here. We see the same delivery drivers every week, and we’ve become friends with some of the people in the neighboring units. It’s a hard-working environment. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We're just a mill that's been around long enough to know the business. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing things, but that is just part of the routine. We keep our heads down and just get the rice and pulses ready. It’s what we know how to do. You’ll find us there most days, right across from Hylite Cable. It can be loud but we really do not mind it at all.
