Maharaj Dehydration Pvt Ltd is located on the Nh By Pass Road. We are right near the bridge in Mahuva. It’s a good spot because the highway makes it easy for the big trucks to get to us without going through the narrow town streets. The facility is quite large since we need the room for the dehydration equipment and the drying areas. You can usually smell what we are processing from a little ways off. It’s a very practical environment with a lot of stainless steel and concrete. We have a crew that works in shifts to keep things moving. The office is just a small room near the main entrance where we keep the logs and the phone. It gets pretty hot inside during the day, especially near the machinery, so we have big fans running all the time. The floor is often wet from cleaning, and everyone wears boots for safety. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the gate and the name painted on the wall. Most of the business happens over the phone or with regular buyers who know where we are. It’s hard work, especially during the peak harvest times when we are running at full capacity. After the shift, people usually hang around the gate for a bit before heading home. It’s just a regular industrial site doing its part in the food chain. We’ve been at this location for several years now.
