We are located right near the G.I.D.C. Estate in Umaniyawadar. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always noise and a bit of dust flying around. We’ve got our spot here, and our post box is 17 if you are ever sending anything through the mail. Mostly we just deal with food processing and getting things ready for shipment. It’s a busy place. The guys show up early and the machines start humming. It gets pretty loud in the middle of the day. We don't have a fancy reception area with a secretary. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back actually working. That is just how it is. We’ve been here for years now. The roads around the estate are a bit bumpy and can be a mess when it rains. You get used to it after a while. We handle a lot of shipments every single week. It’s a lot of lifting and moving boxes. We try to keep things orderly but it’s a factory, not a showroom. Things get a bit messy when we are really busy. We just clean up at the end of the shift. Everyone knows their job and what needs to be done. It’s a practical way to work and earn a living. We focus on the food and getting it out the door. The heat can be tough in the afternoons, so we just drink our water and keep moving.
