Janak Dehydrated Pvt. Ltd.

You can find us at P.B.58 in Keri Bazar. It’s right by the Old Darbargadh area. It’s an old part of town, so the streets are narrow and always full of people and carts. Janak Dehydrated Pvt. Ltd. is right in the middle of all that noise. We deal with dehydrated vegetables and spices mostly. The air around the shop always smells like onions or garlic, depending on what we’re processing that day. It gets in your clothes, but you get used to it after a week or two. The building has been there forever. We have old wooden doors and floors that have seen a lot of feet. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the drying done right. It's a lot of watching the temperature and making sure the moisture is out. We talk to the local farmers who bring their produce to the bazar. It’s a busy life. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We don’t have a website that works very well, and we don’t do much advertising. People know where we are. They come to Keri Bazar and find the sign for Janak. We’ve been here, and we’ll probably stay here.
