Our place is located right by Patel Jewellers in the Kansara Bazar Cabin Chowk area. It’s a very busy part of the market, so there’s always something going on right outside our door. Being near a jeweler means there are always people around, which is nice. We handle the food side of things here. Our office is a bit small, but it’s right in the middle of everything. We spend most of our time coordinating with farmers and vendors. It can get pretty loud during the peak market hours, but we’ve learned to work through it. The Cabin Chowk area is the heart of the local trade, so it makes sense for us to be here. We don’t have any fancy signage or anything like that. Most people just know us by word of mouth or they see us when they’re heading to the bazaar. It’s a practical location for what we do. We often have people dropping by to talk about crops or prices, and we just sit down with a cup of tea and figure it out. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. Just a few of us making sure the food products get to where they need to go. We keep our records in simple folders and try to stay ahead of the seasonal changes that affect the business. Dealing with logistics in such a tight space is a challenge, but it keeps life interesting for us.
