You’ll find us out at Sr. No.124, right near the Butiya Bridge in the village of Bhadrod, Mahuva. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but being close to the fields is important for what we do at Merchant Dehydrates. We spend our days taking fresh produce and drying it out. It’s a slow process that depends a lot on the weather and the machines working right. The air around here usually smells like onions or whatever else we’re processing that week. It’s a rural setting, so things move a little slower than in the big cities, but the work is still hard. We have a lot of local workers from the village who come in for every shift. We aren’t big on titles or fancy office spaces. Most of us are out on the floor checking the dryers or the packing lines. The bridge is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We've had some tough years with the crops, but we always manage to pull through. We don't have a PR team or any of that. We just do the work, talk to the local farmers, and ship out the big bags of dried goods. It's a practical business, and we like it that way because it keeps things simple.
