Quality Dehy Foods

We run Quality Dehy Foods out of Amin House on Kuber Baug Road in the Ambawadi area. It’s a decent-sized place, but we manage to fill up every corner with our equipment and supplies. Dehydrating food takes up a lot of room and requires some patience. Our days are mostly spent monitoring the temperatures and making sure the batches are coming out right. It’s a lot of manual work, moving trays around and checking the quality of the raw stuff we get in. The building itself, Amin House, has been around for a bit. Our part of it is always a little warm because of the machines. We have a small office area where we keep our records, but we spend most of our time out where the action is. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We wear comfortable clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. There is always a rhythm to the work here, from the time we arrive in the morning until we shut everything down at night. We’ve become friends with the other people in the building and the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a good spot for us. We don't really bother with big marketing plans or anything like that. We just focus on the food we are processing and making sure we do it right every single time we start a new batch.
