Rajdhani Dehydration

Rajdhani Dehydration is located out on Savarkundla Road in Nesvad. We've been in the Nesvad area for a long time now. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we like the space we have. We do dehydration work, which basically means we spend our days making sure everything is dried out properly. It’s a lot of monitoring temperatures and checking the machines. The facility isn't brand new, but it's sturdy and gets the job done. We have a small crew from the local village who help us out. It's honest work and it keeps us on our toes. The weather affects us quite a bit, so we're always looking at the sky. Some days are smoother than others. When a machine breaks down, we have to fix it ourselves, which can be a bit of a headache when parts are hard to find. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. Usually, the doors are open to let the air move through. We know the farmers around here and they know us by name. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people just hear about us through word of mouth or by driving past. It's a quiet life out here on the road, but we like the pace. We just focus on the batches we have in the dryers and making sure they come out exactly the way they're supposed to be every single time we run a cycle.
