Tushar Fly Ash Brick

Tushar Fly Ash Brick is based out of the Satyam Building over in the Karlajuri area. Our office is on the second floor, which is a bit unusual for a brick business, but that is where we do the paperwork. The actual work happens out where the machines are. We are in the Bunguripali police station limits in Sonepur district. It is a decent place to live and work. We spent a lot of time learning how to handle fly ash properly. It is not as simple as it looks to get the pressure and the water right. We have had many days where things did not go as planned and we ended up with a lot of waste. You learn as you go, I guess. We are not big on corporate talk or fancy titles. Most of us just wear old clothes and get our hands dirty every single day. The people around Sonepur are practical, and so are we. We do not spend money on big ads. Usually, people hear about us from their neighbors or a contractor they know. We just focus on making enough blocks to fill the orders that come in. It can be stressful when a big project needs a lot of units all at once, but we just put in more hours and get it done. The heat in Sonepur can be tough in the summer, but we keep the machines humming. It is just how we make a living. There is no magic to it, just persistence and regular daily labor.
