Das Flyash Bricks

Das Flyash Bricks is over at Plot No 607 in Krishna Tower. We are right in Nayapalli, so it’s easy to find if you know where the Iscon Mandir is. Being right in front of the temple means there are always people walking by. The office inside the tower is where we handle the paperwork, though I prefer being out where the actual bricks are. Flyash is a bit different to work with than the usual red clay. It’s cleaner in some ways but the gray dust still gets on your clothes. Krishna Tower can be a bit of a maze if you haven’t been here before. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers. Traffic around Nayapalli is a headache, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. I’ve lived in this area my whole life so I know the shortcuts. Our stacks of bricks take up a lot of space and we have to keep things organized so the trucks can load up without hitting anything. It’s just me and a couple of others keeping the place running. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a local spot where we do our business. Sometimes we run out of space and have to move things twice. It keeps us busy. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready for the morning so we can get home early.
