Shibanee Bricks

Shibanee Bricks is located in Ranasinghpur, quite close to Forest Park. It’s a good location because it’s easy for people to find us when they’re driving through. We’ve been in the brick business for a long time, and the yard has seen a lot of changes over the years. We mostly deal with local contractors and people building their own homes. The atmosphere at the yard is usually pretty relaxed, though it gets busy when the trucks are being loaded. I’m usually around the front, talking to customers or checking the delivery schedules. We don't have any big mission statements. We just want to provide a solid product that doesn't break. The red soil around here is good for what we do. It’s a lot of physical work, especially in the heat, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the Forest Park area gets a bit crowded, but our corner stays focused on the task at hand. We have a few guys who have been here since the beginning. They know exactly how a good brick should sound when you tap it. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It’s a simple business built on being around for a long time and just showing up every day to do the work. We like it that way and our customers seem to as well.
