S.M. Bricks

S.M. Bricks is located at Hig 3/1 in the BDA area of Chandra Shekar Pur. We have been here for a bit now, just handling the day-to-day work of the brick trade. It is a busy part of town, so things can get a little crowded around the yard sometimes. We don't have a big flashy sign or anything. Most people find us because they are already in the neighborhood looking for building materials. Making bricks is repetitive work, but it keeps us busy. We have a small team here. We spend most of our time moving stacks and checking the inventory. It isn't a glamorous job. You end up with a lot of dirt under your fingernails and your back gets tired. We try to keep our prices fair for the local builders. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or brochures. If the bricks look good and they are strong, that is what matters to the customers who come by. Sometimes we have to wait on deliveries of raw materials, which slows us down, but we manage to get by. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to provide a reliable source for bricks right here in Chandra Shekar Pur. It’s a practical business for practical people. We stay open until the sun goes down most days, and even then, we might still be here cleaning up the yard for the next morning work.
