We are located right by Station Square at Plot No-10-A, Unit-3. Sr Foods Caterer & Suppliers is basically a small group of us who enjoy cooking and getting food out to people. It’s noisy around the station, but we like the energy. We spend most of our mornings prepping ingredients and getting the stoves going. It isn't a five-star kitchen, but it is clean and everything gets done. We supply food for different events and sometimes just for people passing through. The floors are usually a bit wet from cleaning, and there is always the smell of spices in the air. We don't have a glossy menu or a marketing department. We just write down what we can make and people tell us what they need. Sometimes the delivery van gets stuck in traffic near the square, which can be a headache, but we always find a way. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we know. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now and the locals recognize us. We aren't a massive corporation, just a local business trying to make decent food. You can find us tucked away near the station. It's a busy life, but it suits us just fine. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the supplies are fresh every morning. Nothing more to it than that. I think we’ve been here long enough that the noise of the trains doesn't even bother us anymore.
