Keyars Food Restaurants

We've been at Plot No. - 625-A on Janpath for a while now. Most people know the Sahid Nagar area well. It gets busy around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is out looking for something to eat. We started Keyars Food Restaurants because we liked the idea of having a place right in the middle of Bhubaneshwar where folks could just stop by. It isn't a fancy setup. We just have our kitchen and some tables. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in Sahid Nagar. We spend most of our mornings getting the supplies ready and making sure the floors are swept. It's a lot of work running a restaurant, more than people think. You have to deal with the heat from the stoves and the constant rush. We try to keep things simple. My cousin helps out with the orders sometimes when it gets too crowded. We don't really do much advertising. People usually just see the sign when they're walking down Janpath or coming back from work. It's a small spot, really. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, new shops opening and old ones closing down. But we’re still here at the same spot, just doing what we do every day. It's not always easy, but it keeps us busy. If you're near 751007, you've probably passed us a dozen times without even realizing it.
