Padmavati Marbles

Our shop, Padmavati Marbles, is located at 6/98, Amliyon Ki Bari. It is a local spot that stays pretty busy throughout the week. If you walk down the street, you will see the slabs leaning against each other. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and moving pieces around so people can see the patterns. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, but we still get plenty of visitors. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Usually, we just meet people right there among the stones. The floors are often dusty from the cutting and polishing. Sometimes we sit outside on plastic chairs when the weather is nice to have some tea. It is a simple way of doing things. We have been at this address for a long time and the locals know the building. The walls have a few cracks and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it doesn't bother us. We are more worried about the quality of the stone we are moving. People come by asking about prices and looking for specific sizes. We just show them what we have on the ground. There is no sales pitch here. It is just us and the marble, day in and day out at Amliyon Ki Bari. We close up when the sun goes down and start it all over again the next morning.
