Balaji Marble

Our place, Balaji Marble, is located at 6-Brk Colony. We are right near the Rainbow Tower, which is a big landmark around here, so you can't really miss us. It’s a decent-sized lot where we keep all our marble and stone. I’ve been working here with my small crew for several years now. We don't have any polished floors or air-conditioned rooms for customers. It’s a working yard, so things are a bit messy. You’ll see slabs leaning against the walls and stacks of tiles everywhere. We spend most of our time out in the sun moving things around with the trolley. People from the colony come by when they are building a new floor or a small temple in their house. We don't have a big website or do any advertising. Most people just see the stone when they drive by or hear about us from their neighbors. It’s just honest, physical work. We try to be helpful when someone is trying to match a color, but we tell it like it is if we don't have it. We close up once it gets dark. It’s not a complicated life. We just sell stone and try to keep the business going one day at a time. If you’re near the tower, just stop by and say hello. We are usually here.
