Jyoti Food Industries

We are over here at No. 216 in the GIDC area of Chitra. It stays pretty busy around here most days of the week. This place has been our base for a while now. When you walk into Jyoti Food Industries, you mostly hear the machines running and people moving crates around. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular production floor where we handle the food items. The air usually smells like whatever we are processing that morning. Sometimes the heat in Chitra gets to be a lot, but we just keep the fans going and get the work finished. Most of our staff have been coming here for years. They know the routine by heart. We start early, usually before the sun gets too high, and wrap up once the orders for the day are sorted and packed. There are always trucks coming in and out of the GIDC gates, so things can get a bit loud outside our doors. We don't spend much time on office decorations or anything like that. We mostly just keep an eye on the floor and make sure the batches are coming out right. It’s honest work that keeps us on our feet. If you stop by, you’ll likely see some of us in the loading area or checking the inventory lists. It’s just how we do things here. We just try to stay organized through the busy shifts and keep the machines well-maintained for the next day.
