Shreeji Dehydrate Export

Shreeji Dehydrate Export is located on Bhavnagar Road in Yajpur, right behind the Modheswari Showroom. It’s a bit out of the main city area, which is good because we need the space for the dehydration process. The facility is large and open, mostly because of the machinery and the drying areas needed for our products. You can usually tell we’re here by the smell of drying vegetables that hangs around the yard. It’s a very hands-on place. We don't spend much time sitting in offices; most of the work happens out in the processing area or the warehouse. The ground is often covered in dust from the road and the trucks that come to pick up the export orders. Our team consists of people from the nearby villages who know the cycles of the seasons. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is humid, as that affects the drying time. We don't have any shiny marketing materials or a grand entrance. It’s just a gate, a yard, and a series of sheds where the work gets done. We focus on getting the moisture out of the produce and packing it up tight for long journeys. It’s a straightforward business with no frills. We’ve been operating this way for years, and it’s just how we like it—working with what the land provides and sending it out. It's a simple life out here on Bhavnagar Road, but it keeps us busy.
