Akuri Udhyog

Akuri Udhyog is located out in Po Savarkundala, specifically on Gaushala Road. If you are looking for us, we are right across from Badani Kutir. It’s a landmark everyone around here knows. Life moves a bit differently in this part of town compared to the big cities. We start our days when the sun comes up and the cows are being moved down the road. The dust can get a bit thick in the dry season, so we spend a lot of time sweeping out the shop. Our space isn't very large, but it fits everything we need to get the job done. There’s a lot of metal lying around and the tools are all kept on the wall where they’ve been for years. We don’t have a fancy sign or anything, just the usual building that’s been there forever. Most people who come by are locals or folks who have been told where to find us. We usually sit outside for a bit during the lunch break when it’s not too hot. The sounds of the neighborhood, like the scooters and the occasional truck, are just part of the background. It’s a quiet life in many ways, focused on the work at hand. We don't worry about making the place look perfect; we just worry about whether the machines are working like they should. It’s an honest way to spend the day here on Gaushala Road without any fluff.
