Our facility is out in the G.I.D.C. Phase IV area, specifically at S.No. 215 on the road between Sihor and Ahmedabad. Being in an industrial zone like Sihor means things are a bit different than a city office. There’s more space, but also more dust and the constant sound of machinery. We work on dehydrating various products here. It’s a process that takes a lot of attention to timing and temperature. You won’t find any shiny glass walls or fancy carpets at our place. It’s a functional factory environment where we focus on the machines and the quality of the output. The trucks come in with raw materials and leave with the dried goods. It’s a long day sometimes, especially when the weather isn’t cooperating with the drying process. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we’ve become a bit of a tight-knit group over the years. We eat our lunch together and talk about the local news while the equipment hums in the background. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a tie. You’re more likely to see us in work shirts with sleeves rolled up. We take pride in just doing the work steadily without making a big fuss about it. The road out here can be bumpy, but it leads right to our gates where we get things done every day. We don't have time for corporate jargon, we just keep the dryers running and the stock moving.
