Swargiya Utkarsh Farmer Producer Company Limited is based at Naval Kishor Verma’s house. It is right by the Balram Pur Chauraha in Bharsari. It is a busy spot with people always passing through the crossroads. We set up here because it is easy for the farmers to reach us. The office is pretty small and we have a lot of stuff crammed into it. There are bags of samples and stacks of paper everywhere you look. We aren't the most organized people in the world but we know where everything is. We spend our days meeting with folks from around Bharsari and A.Nagar. Everyone has a different problem they want to talk about. We just listen and try to figure out a solution that makes sense for the group. It is a lot of talking and a lot of drinking tea. We don't have a fancy logo or a big corporate office. It is just a room with a fan and some old chairs. Sometimes we have to move the meeting outside if it gets too hot or crowded. We are just local farmers who wanted to do something together. We don't really care about being formal. We just want to get the work done so everyone can go home to their families at the end of the day. It is a simple life but we stay busy enough with the local business.
