Shanti Sarita Agro Farm Private Limited

Our small office is at Vaibhav Kumar’s place in Ward Number 7, located in Mahaduli within the Bhagawanpur block. Shanti Sarita Agro Farm Private Limited is mostly just a group of us trying to manage our farming business in a more organized way. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy reception area. It's just a regular part of the village where we get together. Most of our time is spent outdoors dealing with the crops and the soil. We’ve lived in Mahaduli for a long time, so we’re familiar with the challenges of farming here. The weather can be unpredictable, but we do our best. We aren't corporate people with degrees in business; we just know how to grow things and how to talk to our neighbors. We keep our tools and supplies nearby and handle the paperwork whenever there's a quiet moment. It’s a very basic operation. We focus on getting the work done rather than looking important. People from the surrounding wards often stop by to chat or ask about what we’re planting. We like the community feel of it. It’s just a normal local business trying to make a living from the land in Bhagawanpur. We don't have much to say about ourselves other than we work hard and hope for a good season. That is really all there is to it.
