Aachal Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Satya Devi’s place in Chandapur. It’s in the Gyanpur area of Bhadohi, specifically near Mondhchandapur and Ajaypur. We are a small group of farmers who decided to team up. Dealing with crops and markets is a lot easier when you have a few heads together. We don't have a big office building or anything. We just use the space at Satya Devi’s house to keep our records and meet up. Most of the time, we are out in the fields anyway. Bhadohi is known for a lot of things, but for us, it’s all about the land and what we can produce. We don’t use any corporate talk or try to sound like we’re more than we are. We’re just local people who know how to work hard. Sometimes the weather doesn't go our way, or the prices drop, and that’s when being a producer company really helps. We can share the load. People in the village know where to find us if they have questions about seeds or want to talk about the next season. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We don't have a big mission or a vision statement on the wall. We just want to make a living and keep our farms going. It’s simple, honest work, and that’s how we like to keep things around here.
